Terms & Conditions – Cranbourne Golf Club Member Loyalty Program

Explanation       

  • Membership prize freeze offer for 2 years
  • 10% off membership
  • 10% discount on all food & beverage items (not to be used in conjunction with other promotional items)
  • 10% off identified Pro Shop items

Process

Once offer accepted, Club’s Administration will issue a revised Member invoice for payment.

Conditions         

The following conditions apply:

  • This offer is available to current Members only.
  • Offer applies to the following categories only: 7 Day, 7 Day 18-25 yo, 7 Day 26-29 yo, 7 Day 30-39 yo, 6 Day & 5 Day.
  • This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The 10% discount excludes hire equipment and the provision of golf lessons within the Pro Shop.
  • To be eligible for the 10% discount, the member must purchase items using their Wallet or Pro Shop account, and that account must have sufficient funds. For example, a member may not purchase an item that puts their account into the negative and still claim the discount.
  • The Membership fee rates for the category which the Member is in at the time of agreeing to this offer, will be locked in for the 24 month period.
  • Membership upgrades during the 24 month Membership period will be at the Pro-rata rate from the time of transfer, with the 10% reduction applied.
  • The Member may not downgrade their Membership during this period.
  • Any Member who transfers to ‘Leave of Absence’ (hold for medical/employment travel reasons) during the 24 month period may return to their reduced rate in the same category that they commenced in to the completion of the original 24 month period. No extensions will be granted.
  • A Member taking up the offer must by using the Ezidebit system of instalments who grants Cranbourne Golf Club the right to debit their provided account/s via the payment schedule agreed (fees apply, refer Ezidebit form)
  • Members can opt to pay upfront (credit card fees apply).
  • The applicable House Incentive is to be paid each year on 1 April.
  • Should any levies be introduced over this time they will also be due as per any stated schedules for all Members.
  • A member may not opt out of the Member Loyalty Program within the first 12 months of signing up – other than for medical or compassionate
    grounds, whereby the member would be placed on a Leave of Absence membership.
  • If the Member wishes to exit this agreement during the second 12 months of the listed 24 month period, they
    agree to reimburse Cranbourne Golf Club the amount due from the start of the 13th month to the date of resignation/exit
    without the 10% reduction, as well as 50% of the discounts gained from the first 12 months of the listed 24 month period. In other words, if a member received $100 in discounts in the first year, then opted out in the second year, then the member needs to pay $50 of the discounts received in the first year.
  • If the Member wishes to exit this agreement after the 15th month then they may do so without penalty.
  • Cranbourne Golf Club reserves the right to deny or rescind Membership to any Member who does not comply with the Rules of the Club.
  • Management and the Club’s General Committee reserve the right to determine eligibility for this offer at any stage, and this determination is final.
